First Toyota BEV Is the bZ4X

The first Toyota BEV will be the bZ4X, an all-new SUV that the automaker recently revealed and will arrive in the United States in mid-2022. Similar in size to the Toyota RAV4 — the bestselling SUV in America — the bZ4X is the first of seven new bZ-branded electric vehicles expected to launch by 2025. The 2022 Toyota bZ4X was developed with Subaru based on the Toyota e-TNGA architecture created to support all-electric, zero-emission vehicles. It has a single electric motor drawing power from a 64-kWh lithium-ion battery pack, sending 201 net system horsepower to the front wheels.
